PROFILEKorean law, explained in English

Cross-border matters are not solved by legal doctrine alone — you have to understand how the client's business actually works, then apply Korean law on top of it. Attorney Sangbin Min advises foreign companies and investors with that order in mind, and with a working command of blockchain and digital-asset regulation.

A message from the attorney

Knowing the law is not enough — real advocacy begins only when you understand the client's world: its technology and its people. I chose crypto and the creator economy because existing legal doctrine cannot fully resolve them, and I dug into both at a practitioner's level. I read code and I understand how exchanges, scam 'leading rooms,' and MCN settlements actually work — a translator standing between technology and the law. I work by three principles: understand the market first, build the evidence first, and state the cost first — and if a lawyer won't help you, I will tell you so honestly. From the first consultation to the final hearing, I handle every case personally and never hand it off.— Attorney Sangbin Min · Daejin Law Firm
